Easy Operation A diametrically-magnetized disk magnet provides a magnetic field of 6 to 20 mT as illustrated at right. On-Axis or Off-Axis With proper magnet placement, ASR0x2 sensors can be used off-axis with the same accuracy as the standard on-axis configuration (see this Application Bulletin for specifics). Factory Calibrated ASR0x2 sensors are factory calibrated and internally temperature compensated.   Three Interface Versions The family includes versions with three different interfaces, the SPI ASR002, the I²C ASR012, and the ABZ ASR022.   Key features include:   • Ultraminiature 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.8 mm DFN package   • SPI, I²C, or ABZ interfaces   • 12500 samples/second   • Flexible 2.2 to 3.6 V supply range   • Low 4 mA typical supply current   • Robust airgap and misalignment tolerances   • Full -40 °C to 125 °C operating range Breakout Boards Breakout boards provide easy connections to ASR0x2 Angle Sensors. The boards have a sensor, the recommended bypass capacitor, and a six-pin header connected to each of the sensor I/O pads. The boards are just 0.5 by 0.6 inches (12 by 15 mm). Demonstration Boards The ASR002 and ASR012 demonstration boards include a diametrical magnet, magnet fixturing, and an interface board with a microcontroller.
