IL7xxV-Series
isolators have a better barrier and best-in-class CMTI specifications,
making them ideal for power-control applications.
A Better Barrier
NVEs unique polymer/ceramic composite isolation barrier provides best-in-class
6 kVRMS isolation, 1.2 kVRMS
Working Voltage, 44000-year MTBF, and 100 teraohm barrier resistance. The
parts are tested to the new IEC60747-17 standard as well as VDE V 0884-11.
Best-in-Class CMTI
IL7xxV-Series isolators have a remarkable 100 kV/µs minimum Common-Mode
Transient Immunity (CMTI). CMTI is an important specification for isolators operating
in noisy environments. It is particularly important in floating supply applications
such as power control, where a change in common-mode power supply voltage that
exceeds the isolators CMTI can cause spurious switching.
Key Specifications

NVE will present at a Webinar at 15:45 CET (9:45 a.m. ET) June 29 hosted by Angst
and Pfister on the BeFAST e-mobility charging platform.
The platform includes IL7xxV-Series
isolators. With their best-in-class isolation and CMTI, these isolators are
the perfect complement for silicon carbide MOSFETs.
